DBH — Duncan's Brisket Holder
Everything needed for a makeshift brisket holder.
The DBH is Tim Duncan's own brisket invention. His goal is to share the love of brisket and to teach home smokers how to wow friends and family with a Top 50–level result.

This makeshift version uses off-the-shelf parts: a portable steam-table food warmer, a full-size perforated pan, a stainless chafer dome cover, an Inkbird ITC-308 temperature controller, and foam weatherstrip tape.
